Terms of Use
This Terms of Use covers Get custom Jeans’ web site, mobile-optimized versions of the web site, and digital applications to which this Terms of Use is linked. Certain features of the Covered Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Covered Site in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meaning given to such term in the Get Custom Jeans’ privacy policy. The privacy policy is hereby incorporated by this reference into this Agreement.
a. Username and Passwords:
When you create a User Registration (as described in the Privacy Policy), you represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; and (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Registration, and we will not be responsible for misuse of your User Registration by any third party, whether authorized by you or not. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User Registration. You agree to immediately notify Get Jeans of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your User Registration or any other breach of security so that we can use appropriate steps to prevent further damage to your crucial informatio. Get Custom Jeans cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
b. Licences:
i. Licence: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Get Custom Jeans grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, Licence
to use the Covered Site for your personal, noncommercial use.
ii. Certain Restrictions: The rights granted to you in this Agreement are subject to the following restrictions: (a) you shall not
Licence, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Covered Site; (b) you shall not
modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Covered Site; (c) you shall not access
the Covered Site in order to build a similar or competitive service; and (d) except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Covered
Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means. Any
future release, update, or other addition to functionality of the Covered Site shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. All copyright
and other proprietary notices on any Covered Site content must be retained on all copies thereof.
iii. Modification: Get Custom Jeans reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Covered Site or any part thereof
with or without notice. You agree that Get Custom Jeans will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or
discontinuance of the Covered Site or any part thereof.
c. Ownership and Feedback:
i. Excluding your User Content (defined below), you acknowledge that all the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trade
marks, and trade secrets, in the Covered Site are owned by Get Custom Jeans. The provision of the Covered Site does not transfer to you or any
third party any rights, title or interest in or to such intellectual property rights. Get Custom Jeans and its suppliers reserve all rights not
granted in this Agreement.
ii. If you provide Get Custom Jeans any feedback or suggestions regarding the Covered Site (“Feedback”), you hereby assign to Get Custom Jeans all
rights in the Feedback and agree that Get Custom Jeans shall have the right to use such Feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate.
Get Custom Jeans will treat any Feedback you provide to Get Custom Jeans as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you will not submit to Get
Custom Jeans any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.
d. User Content:
i. User Content. “User Content” means any and all information and content that a user submits to, or uses with, the Covered Site (e.g., photos, audio,
video, messages, text, files, or other content you provide us). You are solely responsible for your User Content. You assume all risks associated with
use of your User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of your User Content that
makes you or any third party personally identifiable. You hereby represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate the Acceptable Use
Policy (defined below). You may not state or imply that your User Content is in any way provided, sponsored or endorsed by Get Custom Jeans. Because
you alone are responsible for your User Content (and not Get Custom Jeans), you may expose yourself to liability if, for example, your User Content
violates the Acceptable Use Policy. Get Custom Jeans is not obligated to backup any User Content and User Content may be deleted at anytime. You are
solely responsible for creating backup copies of your User Content if you desire. Under no circumstance will Get Custom Jeans be liable for any
inaccuracy or defect in any User Content.
ii. Licence. You hereby grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Get Custom Jeans an irrevocable, nonexclusive,
royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide Licence to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate
into other works, and otherwise use your User Content, and to grant subLicences of the foregoing, for any lawful purpose. You agree to irrevocably
waive (and cause to be waived) any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Content.
iii. Enforcement. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review any User Content, investigate, and/or take appropriate action against you
in our sole discretion if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy or any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise create liability for us or
any other person. Such acts may include removing or modifying your User Content, terminating your User Registration, and/or reporting you to law
enforcement authorities. If Get Custom Jeans elects to modify User Content, Get Custom Jeans nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the User Content.
iv. Other Users. Each Covered Site user is solely responsible for any and all of its User Content. Because we do not control User Content, you acknowledge
and agree that we are not responsible for any User Content and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality of any User
Content, and we assume no responsibility for any User Content. Your interactions with other Covered Site users are solely between you and such user. You agree
that Get Custom Jeans will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such interactions. If there is a dispute between you and any
Covered Site user, we are under no obligation to become involved. You acknowledge that other users may post comments about your User Content which may be
derogatory, and Get Custom Jeans has no obligation to monitor or delete any such User Content.
v. Release. You hereby release and forever discharge us (and our officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns) from, and hereby waive and relinquish,
each and every past, present and future dispute, claim, controversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action and cause of action of every kind and nature
(including personal injuries, death, and property damage), that has arisen or arises directly or indirectly out of, or relates directly or indirectly to, any
interactions with, or act or omission of, other Covered Site users.
e. Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold Get Custom Jeans (and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents) harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (a) your use of the Covered Site, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of this Agreement (d) your violation of applicable laws or regulations; or (e) your buying/selling of products for third party without our approval. Get Custom Jeans reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of Get Custom Jeans. Get Custom Jeans will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
f. Term & Termination:
Subject to this Section, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Covered Site. We may (a) suspend your rights to use the Covered Site (including your User Registration) or (b) terminate this Agreement, at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including for any use of the Covered Site in violation of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, your User Registration and right to access and use the Covered Site will terminate immediately. You understand that any termination of your User Registration involves deletion of your User Content associated therewith from our live databases. Get Custom Jeans will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any termination of this Agreement, including for termination of your User Registration or deletion of your User Content.
g. General:
i. Changes to Terms of Use. This Agreement is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any substantial changes, we may notify you by prominently posting notice of the changes on our Site. Any changes to this agreement will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Covered Site. Continued use of our Covered Site following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
ii. Copyright/Trademark Information. Copyright © 2012, Get Custom Jeans Communications, Inc. All rights reserved. All trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Covered Site are our property or the property of other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third party which may own the Marks.

This privacy policy describes how Get Custom Jeans treat the Personally Identifiable Information that is collected about you when you visit the web site, mobile-optimized versions of the web site to which this policy is linked. For the purposes of this policy, "Personally Identifiable Information" is information that we can use to identify or contact you as an individual, and includes your name, email address, address, telephone number and any other information that we associate with any of the foregoing. By submitting Personally Identifiable Information through any of our Covered Site, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy and you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with this privacy policy.

i. Information You Provide: Get Custom Jeans generally collects Personally Identifiable Information that you voluntarily provide. For instance, when you complete a survey, register for those portions of our Covered Site that may require registration, make a purchase, participate in our social networking features, promotional correspondence, or other electronic services, or send us an email or feedback, you may be asked to provide information such as your e-mail address, name, phone number, shipping address, and billing information, and we will collect such information as well as any other content you provide us in engaging in any of the above activities. Information such as your age, gender, hobbies or interests may also be requested. vi. Third Parties : We may receive information from third parties, including demographic information from your mobile carrier. Those third parties have privacy policies that differ from this Privacy Policy.
vii. Tracking Requests: Get Custom Jeans does not act on Do Not Track requests from your browser.
viii. Effect of Tracking Requests: Get Custom Jeans does not act on Do Not Track requests from your browser because, this way, we are able to personalize your experience on our sites and tailor content to your interests.
c. Use of Information:
Get Custom Jeans uses information we collect from you in part to provide you with the service you have requested. We also use your information to register you, identify you as a user, improve our Covered Sites and services, send you administrative notifications, and respond to your inquiries.
We may combine and use any and all information we collect on you either online or otherwise, including from third parties, for marketing purposes.
When you provide us your email address but are not already a registered user of one of our Covered Site, some of our Covered Site may assign you a user name and password so that we can enhance your user experience by facilitating easy entry into other features and offers on the Covered Sites and saving your preferences. Certain areas on our Covered Sites require registration, and in those areas, you will be asked to establish your own user name and password or you can elect to use the one we've assigned. Get Custom Jeans can edit, rewrite, use, and reuse the content, including your name, likeness, photograph, and biographical information you provide, with or without attribution, including publication in the Magazines, and in trade media, and advertising.
We may create Anonymous Information from Personally Identifiable Information by excluding information (such as your name) that make the data personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous Information for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Information to third parties in our sole discretion.
d. Disclosure of Your Information:
In addition to the other disclosures described in this policy, Get Custom Jeans may (and you authorize us to) share or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about you to other companies or individuals in the following situations:
We utilize third party service providers to provide products, services or functions on our behalf (such as sending emails or processing credit cards or fulfilling subscriptions), and ask these service providers to agree to maintain the confidentiality of your Personally Identifiable Information and not to use your Personally Identifiable Information for any reason except to carry out the purpose(s) for which we hired them ("Service Provider Exception").
Social Networks : If you use your login credentials from a social networking site (e.g., Facebook or Twitter) ("SNS") on a Covered Site, we may receive information from such SNS in accordance with the terms and conditions (e.g., terms of use and privacy policy) of the SNS ("SNS Terms"). If you elect to share your information with these SNS, we will share information with them in accordance with your election. The SNS Terms of these SNS will apply to the information we disclose to them.
e. Right to Opt-out:
i. Mobile Opt-out: We may provide you messages, including marketing, via your wireless email address or by short message service ("SMS Service"), WAP or Mobile Services. You may opt-out of these messages from us by replying "STOP" or following the instructions provided in the message.
ii. Marketing provided by Get Custom Jeans: From time to time we may send you promotional materials on behalf of Get Custom Jeans. If you want us to stop sending you promotional materials to your email, you may follow the unsubscribe instructions in the email or manage your preferences at My Account.
iii. Exceptions: If you have opted-out as described above, and thereafter you elect to use a service or promotion that requires us to contact you or share your information with a third party, then your previous opt-out preferences will not apply to such service. Despite your indicated preferences, we may send you service related communications, including notices about your subscription, and we may continue disclosing your information to third parties under the Service Provider Exception, Legal Exceptions, and Acquisition Exception described above.
f. Wireless Email Address, Short Message Services and WAP:
If the email address you provide to us is a wireless email address, you agree to receive messages at such address from Get Custom Jeans. Similarly, we may make available services through which you can receive messages on your phone or wireless device SMS Service or WAP Services. We may also make available content and versions of our Covered Sites available via WAP and Mobile Services. If you subscribe to one of our SMS, WAP or Mobile Services, you thereby agree to receive services and messages at the address you provide for such purposes. Such messages may come from Get Custom Jeans, or from third parties. To use the wireless email address, SMS, WAP, or Mobile Service, you must reside in the United States. We may also obtain the date, time and content of your messages. We will use the information we obtain in connection with these services in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your wireless carrier and other service providers may also collect data about your wireless device usage, and their practices are governed by their own policies. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personally Identifiable Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We also require you to enter a password to access your registration information. Please do not disclose your registration password to unauthorized people. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while Get Custom Jeans uses reasonable efforts to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, Get Custom Jeans cannot guarantee its absolute security.
h. Kids And Parents:
The Covered Sites are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. If your children disclose information about themselves in our public discussion areas, they may get unsolicited messages from other parties. Accordingly, you should tell them not to do so. There are also commercially available tools to help you limits your children's exposure to material online.
i. Non-U.S. Users:
If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the information you provide to us will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personally Identifiable Information may be less stringent than the laws in your country. By using this Covered Site, you consent to this transfer and processing. You also consent to the adjudication of any disputes arising in connection with this Covered Site in the federal and state courts of, and in accordance with the laws of, the state of New York.

Return & Refund
For first-time buyers, we provide and suggest Guaranteed Fit- Jeans goods, which allow you to get free remakes if you're not happy with the dimensions. Click here to view these products.
Once the old garment is returned for us to inspect, we will replace the item with a new one, completely free of charge, if our measurements differ significantly from what you submitted or ordered. Since these clothes are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Pre-set sized (ready-size) clothing is likewise covered by this policy because it is also produced to order. In specific areas, we will add ease to the garment for comfort and fit if you supply body measurements. This will be done depending on your selected fit or our normal defaults.
The item must be shipped by the purchaser at their expense to our contact address. Generally, dimensions for stretch clothing should be taken a little bit smaller than what is specified. This modification takes into account the stretchiness of the fabric, which might increase depending on the stretch percentage of the denim.
All of our clothing, including the jeans, pants,jackets,leathers, shorts, skirts, and other items that are listed on our website, are covered by the aforementioned.
We've learned from experience that you can't go wrong if you measure yourself in accordance with our instructions. You're used to wearing ready-made fits that are cut and created without taking into account your dimensions; here, we make them based on more than four of your measures.
Since we don't add remake costs to the price, we can always give you the Best Value at a price no one else can match. We already offer at deeply discounted prices, so even if you need to adjust your measurement once, you can always reorder after adjusting your measurement profile.
Since each item of clothing is handmade and meticulously crafted, there may occasionally be a small discrepancy between the measurements provided and the final product—which we inspect individually—but this discrepancy is unlikely to be significant.
Please be aware that orders shipping outside of the United States are subject to tax and duties, which we have no control over.
If we run out of fabric, we won't hold you accountable. If you place an order and we don't have enough inventory, you will get a refund. This also applies to single purchases. If the same fabric is ordered on separate orders and we are unable to fill all or some of them, we will not consider any claims.
Our delivery time is typically quicker than what we say, however since every purchase is custom created, no delays may be reported if the order is placed on hold because a reconfirmation is needed, there is a fabric stock issue, or for any other reason. Our customer support team will help you if the order is urgent.

Note: The colour of the fabric may appear different in sunlight or regular room light, as all of our jeans' photoson website are taken in studio light settings. Keep in mind, while ordering, that the each pair undergoes washing process , affecting the colour shade. Hence, there are chances of some tolerance in the colour shade.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed you can do so, provided our tailors haven't begun the sewing process of the product.
Once the cancellation has been processed, the money will be refunded to the same account used to make the payment, within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping Policy
i Shipping: Custom products usually take between 2 to 4 weeks to make. We often try to send them out before that time. Once shipped, they should arrive at your door within 3 to 7 days. We'll let you know when we ship your order and provide a tracking number. Please keep track of your shipment when we notify you.
ii. Where do we ship: We ship worldwide on a regular basis.
iii. Cost of Shipping: If you buy two jeans, the shipping for the second one will be cheaper. Buying multiple items can save you a lot on shipping costs. To find out the exact shipping cost, add your favorite product to your cart. You'll find a shipping estimator on the shopping cart page. Choose your country, and our software will calculate the shipping cost automatically based on your location. The more products you add, the lower the shipping cost becomes. When you decide to buy a product, fill in your details, including your country, and the shipping cost will be automatically added to your total order.
iv. PO Boxes: Please don't use PO box addresses, as they often cause delivery issues.
v. APO Addresses: We can't deliver to APO addresses as we don't have the facilities for these areas. We'd love to serve the Armed Forces, but delivering to APO boxes always presents challenges.
vi. DLFD: The courier will deliver your order to the address you provided. If you're not at home, they may leave it at your front door using their DLFD (Delivered & Left at Front Door) option, which is common, especially in the USA.

1. What is Get Custom Jeans?
We are a tailoring shop that creates personalized leather goods, jackets, suits, jeans, and other items. We cut the fabric to your exact specifications and finish the clothes in the way that you want. To make the finished product, we mostly use handmade techniques and fine cloth.
2. Do you make custom clothing for all genders?
Yes, we do. Men's, women's, and kids' jeans are all made by us.
3. What if my jeans does not fit?
For first-time customers, we provide a Guaranteed - Fit Products. We'll give it another try for free if you're not satisfied with the fit.
4. How do I give my measurements?
The "Create Measurements" link will appear on the shopping cart page once you have added an item to your cart. If you already have a measuring profile, log in to use it. If you don't already have one, make one by using the guidelines provided there. A measurement profile that you generate will be kept for further use. If necessary, you can change your dimensions at any moment. Keep in mind that various clothing kinds call for various measurement profiles.
5. Can I specify extra measurements such as knee, rear size etc.?
Yes, you are welcome to submit measurements in addition to the ones we need. Simply type these additional dimensions into the product page's comment section.
6. What is the usual delivery time?
Custom handmade clothing takes two to three weeks to ship because of the amount of work involved. Depending on where your order is in our production chain, we frequently ship them sooner. Your clothes should arrive in 3–7 working days after they are shipped.
7. Where can I mention special requests?
Although you can make specific requests in the comment section, we might not be able to accommodate them all. Although we promise to try our best, a unique request that doesn't work out won't be attributed to a mistake on our part.
8. What if an error occurs from your side? In such a case what can I do?
We thoroughly inspect your jeans before shipping them out. As the waist measurement is listed on the back of each pair, there shouldn't be any mistakes if you provide us with accurate measures.
9. Do you offer a Warranty or Guarantee on the jeans?
We meticulously select our denim by hand when creating personalized jeans. We send it off to be cleaned, and we keep a careful eye on it. We reject samples that don't live up to our high requirements. Only those that make it through our team's quality inspections are listed in our denim catalog.
